    I had such a positive experience with you and your staff in planning my daughter's birthday celebration. While I did request a price from your company, renting a party bus (and for that matter, one from a company over the internet without a personal recommendation) was not the direction I thought I would go. James King's professional follow up to my email cemented the choice for my renting a party bus for this birthday party. He worked with me over several phone conversations, even suggesting a stop that he thought would appeal to this age group. He also invited me to come to the showroom which is where I got to meet you and see some of your vehicles. This greatly calmed my concerns about the "over the internet" issue. Additionally, when Max arrived with the bus the night of the party, he set the stage from the first minute - lights flashing and music going. He had a better handle on what the kids wanted than I did! He worked closely with me to assure the kids had a fun and safe time, communicating clearly at our various stops where he would be and making sure we had each others cell numbers. The bus was clean when it arrived and I noticed how Max took care of the bus and its equipment throughout the night. As a former car and truck fleet manager, that told me he felt ownership in your organization. This is a company I look forward to recommending and working with again.
