Airport Greet Procedures
EWR – JFK – LGA – TETERBORO
Our Dispatchers work very hard at consistently monitoring all airline flights to ensure our clients receive punctual airport pickups.
Upon arriving at the airport, you will be greeted at the bottom of escalator in baggage area with your contact name posted on a placard. In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call 877-353-5466 and we will match you up very shortly.
In the event your flight lands ahead of your scheduled requested time , our dispatchers will coordinate a door greet and our chauffeur will pull up curbside with your name posted in the passenger side window. Please follow the pick up instructions below for the airport you are arriving to .
Our driver will park the car and meet you inside terminal at baggage level. Upon arriving at Newark Liberty Airport, proceed to baggage claim area. At the bottom of escalator at baggage level you will find your driver standing at the bottom of escalator and will be holding a TopTown LIMO SIGN, with name of company,
Our driver will park the car and meet you inside terminal at baggage level . Upon your arrival at Newark Liberty Airport, you will be going through customs. Drivers are not allowed in this restricted area so you will not find him until you exit the customs area.
Upon your finishing customs you will be walking into the main terminal. JUST AS YOU EXIT CUSTOMS through the big glass doors, (STILL INSIDE BUILDING) you should see our driver standing there with a TopTown LIMO SIGN with passengers name on it.
If you have difficulty locating your driver, please call our office at 877-353-5466 and our staff will ask you your location and instruct the driver where to locate you.
J F K (New York) :
Upon arriving at J F Kennedy Airport, proceed to baggage claim area. Driver will be holding a TopTown LIMO SIGN to identify himself/herself in this area.
If you do not see someone immediately, please call our office at 877-353-5466 and our staff will get you together with that driver.
Upon your arrival at J F Kennedy Airport, you will be going through customs. Drivers are not allowed in this area so you will not find him until you exit the customs area. Upon your finishing customs you will be walking into the terminal. JUST AS YOU EXIT CUSTOMS, you should see our driver standing there with a TopTown LIMO SIGN ( to identify himself/herself.
If you do not see your chauffeur immediately, please call our office at 877-353-5466 for dispatcher assistance .
LaGuardia Airport - Parking lots are closed due to construction
Once you have landed and retrieved your luggage, please call us with your last name or confirmation number to notify us of your arrival. We will direct you to a curbside meeting point located right outside of your terminal’s baggage claim, where your driver will meet you within minutes. The car will have name sign in window .
Flights into Teterboro require a tail number and Terminal of Arrival ( FBO) , we can not monitor arrival times for flights arriving into Teterboro and will be on location at your requested time of arrival. To avoid waiting time charges, please contact us at least 1 hour ahead of landing if your plane is scheduled to be delayed.
