SERVICE AGREEMENT

Thank you for reserving with TopTown - Limoride. To ensure the best service please review your reservation for proper dates, addresses and times . Attached is the service agreement for your services. We have applied a non refundable deposit towards your service on the credit card you supplied to us . Your final balance will be due on the date of service in cash, if you wish to pay the final balance on the credit card of your choice please call our offices to apply final payments no later than 72 hours before your date of service.  All cancellation within 10 days of service are subject to 100% cancellation fee equivalent to full fare. Please Reply to this email with "Agreed" . By replying agreed this will act as an Electronic Signature to constitute full acceptance of terms and conditions. Full terms along with overtime rates can be found at the end of the reservation below. 

******************** DEPOSIT & PAYEMNT POLICY ****************************************
All deposits are non refundable. A 10 Day cancellation policy is mandatory to avoid a cancellation fee equivelant for the entire balance to cardholder's credit card , company account or invoiced to home. All vehicles can not be reserved without deposits.   No Cancellations Or Modifications To Dates Or Times Can Be Made By Email.  All cancellations must be faxed to 973-860-1339 at least 10 Days prior to your reservation. A fax transmittal report should be kept as proof of cancellation. Since we are securing the limousine for you , deposits for all reservations are final and non refundable.
All debit cards, check cards or prepaid cards must be secured by a 30% non refundable deposit and final balance must be paid in cash on day of service prior to services starting.  You may pay final balances by credit card by calling our office at least 72 Hours prior to your event and applying final total balance via phone. Presenting Credit card payments to driver is not acceptable.  Any request for overtime must be paid in advance if additional hours are going to be needed. All Check Payments must be mailed 2 Weeks prior to your reservation date.

******************** LIMOUSINE DAMAGE POLICY ********************************
The guarantor of this reservation will be held financially responsible for any physical damage or breakage of crystal, switches, burn marks, stains etc. Escape Hatches are not to be confused Toptown limousine / Limoride.com reserves the right to terminate service with no refund to client if clients renting service act in disorderly and violent manner. Toptown Limousine  reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings for all services or damage fees that are not paid within 14 days after date of service. Toptown will collect any and all attorneys' fees, collection expenses and court costs incurred by Toptown in its effort to collect the outstanding balance owed. 

******************** SMOKING/ALCOHOL POLICY **************************
All vehicles are non smoking. There is a $ 100.00 additional charge per occurrence. If needed, your driver will pull over to allow passengers to smoke outside Limousine. Illegal use of drugs is prohibited in our limousines and can terminate ride at no refund to the paying parties. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the company of minors . There is a minimum $500.00 clean up charge for any stains resulting from illness or bodily fluids inside limousine.

******************** GENERAL ADDITIONAL  POLICY *****************************  
If for any reason the firm is unable to perform the service as contracts, its maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by customers toward their limousine rental or credit towards future service. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of vehicle malfunction if within our capacity to accomodate another vehicle.
Top Town Limousine does not refund for unforeseen traffic delays that may impact timing of clients itinerary, please allow extra time if necessary.

Top Town Limousine reserves the right to not perform service if weather is inclement and could jeopardize the safety of passengers or chauffeurs. All Top Town Limousine chauffeurs have the authority to determine if limousines can safely make any Tight turns or enter narrow driveways, if necessary, clients may need to walk to limousine if entrance ways are too tight for vehicles to manage.

Clients renting the services from Toptown Limousine understand that walking or standing inside the limousine is prohibited while the limousine is in motion. Toptown Limousine will not be held liable for injury sustained if limousine must come to an immediate stop.

Additional gratuities to your chauffeur are at your sole discretion of the client or clients guests and will not be considered in your final bill if additional overtime or miscellaneous charges are applied.

Please note there is no guarantee that Toptown Limo Will be available for overtime hours beyond your contracted block of time & reserves the right to conclude services at any moment once the contractual time has been expired. Please consider your times carefully when booking or choose a lengthier package . Toptown Limousine will not refund or reimburse customers for time lost if driver is forced to find new addresses not indicated on your contract. Please list all addresses to all destinations in advance to avoid time consuming mapping of addresses.
