Canceled Reservations are subject to full charge if cancellation request is received under the following time window of your scheduled reservation:  4 Hours for sedan reservations, 24 Hours for Suv Reservations, 72 Hours For Van Reservations and 14 Days for Limousine and Bus. Deposits are non refundable Cancellation requests can only be done in writing via email to info@limoride.com and will receive a unique cancellation code.

 

Deposits- Limos, Vans and buses require a deposit at time of booking. The applied deposit is a binding monetary pledge that secures our commitment to procure your vehicle/s for a specified date and time.  Deposits are non refundable and are secured by either a credit card , cash or check provided by you at least 14 days prior to your service. Reservations within 7 days of service will require full payment of services due. In the event of forced cancellations due to Statewide shutdown as a result COVID, a 1 time deposit rollover credit can be transferred for a future date of service within 1 year of your originally scheduled service subject to availability, any additional postponements thereafter will require a new deposit to book a future reservation and your original deposit will no longer be transferable. Cancellations/Postponement requests for  Covid precautions only will require a new reservation and new deposit and prior deposit/s will be non refundable or transferable.

 

Airport Delays/ Diversion: We monitor all incoming flights for delays and dispatch your driver to the airport from 1 to 2 hours prior to your scheduled ETA. Once your plane is airborne we will dispatch your vehicle. In the event that your airplane is suddenly diverted within 2 hours of the scheduled time of arrival and you wish to reschedule your pickup to a later time, a rescheduling fee of $50.00 (USD) will be assessed to the final invoice. Any additional excessive delays once your plane arrives will be billed at $50 per 30 minute block of time after a complimentary 1 hour free waiting time.

 

Off Hour Charge: All airport and point to point pick up times that occur between the hours 10:30pm  –  6am will be assessed an additional off hour fee of $20.00 – $35.00

 

Inside Meet and Greet airport Services will be assessed an additional fee of $20.00 plus the cost of airport parking.

 

Child Seats and booster seats are provided at an additional cost of $10.00 Per Seat, We can also store customers child seats for $15.00 on each segment of their trip. Child seat installations must be installed by parents, Chauffeurs can not install child seats.

 

Rain & Inclement Weather Policy: No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. All sales are final. By reserving you assume the risk of weather-related cancellation or postponement for your schedule venue/point of destination we are driving you to.

 

Payment Methods – All payments not secured by a valid credit card or corporate account membership are due in cash at the start of services. All remaining balances for Limousines and Buses are due 3 Days prior to pick up date.   The contents of this reservation stand as the only binding agreement , please ensure all data and important notations are reflected in this confirmation. .

 

Overtime Charges after your schedule drop off times: If we can accommodate you for extra time, Overtime will be charged in 30 minute blocks of time after a complimentary 10 minute grace period has lapsed beyond the agreed upon scheduled drop off time of this reservation. Overtime rates are listed below for each vehicle category.

Sedans:            $50.00    (Per 30 Min )
SUV:                 $58.00    (Per 30 Min )
Vans & Limousines:    $90.00    (Per 30 Min)
Buses & Classic Cars : $125.00  (Per 30 Min)

 

Checks not acceptable for overtime. Top Town LimoRide does not refund for traffic delays, please allow extra time for travel if you feel it is necessary.  There is no guarantee of overtime availability ,please consider your time requirements and book a lengthier time block if needed. All addresses must be provided in advance, Toptown Limousine will not be held responsible for time lost mapping new addresses not indicated on your contract. We reserve the right to conclude services at any moment once the contractual time has expired.

 

Feasibility of Itinerary  : Toptown Limoride is not responsible for the feasibility of your itinerary within the time frame of your rental package. Please consider the time it will take for the quantity of stops requested along with your routing order, traffic, detours construction, vehicle size limitations or any other unforeseen circumstance that may impact your desire for punctuality.

 

Damage Policy : The Agreeing guarantor of this reservation accepts full financial liability for any physical damage to company property. Escape Hatches are for emergencies only. Toptown limousine / Limoride.com reserves the right to terminate service with no refund to clients if clients renting service act in disorderly or violent manner. Toptown Limousine reserves the right to initiate legal collection proceedings for loss of service or damage fees that are not fully paid within 14 days past date of service and will bill for any and all attorneys’ fees, collection expenses and court costs incurred . It is agreed by both parties that all disputes will be handled by method of private mediator and within passaic county NJ.

 

Smoking and Alcohol :Our Vehicles are non-smoking. A $ 100.00 charge per occurrence will apply. If needed, your driver will pull over to allow passengers to smoke outside Limousine. Illegal use of drugs is prohibited in our limousines and can terminate the ride at no refund to customers. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the company of minors. In the event of illness, a minimum $500.00 cleanup will apply for steam cleaning and detailing all bodily fluids.

 

Vehicle Substitutions-  In unforeseen circumstances where scheduling conflicts or vehicle malfunctions may arise, Toptown LimoRide reserves the right to substitute vehicles within its own fleet or from a vendor provider in order to timely and safely fulfill services to our customers.  All vehicle substitutions that are valued at a lower price than customers originally reserved a vehicle will be due a credit back to customer for the difference in value.

Handicap Vehicle Disclaimer – Our vehicles are not handicapped accessible, Toptown LimoRide will not be held liable for injuries sustained due to lack of specialized vehicle modifications to assist handicapped individuals with boarding and exiting our vehicles. Additionally Toptown LimoRide will not be held liable for incidents related to pre-existing medical conditions that have not been reported to us at the time of booking.

 

Downgrading Limousine Reservation Policy: 
(Limousines, Sprinter Vans and Buses)
We acknowledge that group sizes and transportation needs can fluctuate over time. We are committed to accommodating changes to reservations to the best of our ability. In the event that a customer has booked a vehicle of a larger size and wishes to downgrade to a smaller vehicle: Downgrading to a smaller-sized vehicle is permitted, provided the service date is more than 14 days from the date of the requested change and if we have available alternatives to accommodate the request.**Service Date within 14 Days:** Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints and operational planning, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate the downgrade of any vehicle to a smaller size if the service date is within 14 days of the downgrade request.
 

Additional Terms: If for any reason the firm is unable to perform the service as contracts, its maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by client toward their rental or a credit towards future service. Fulfillment of service to a client is when we successfully pick up and discharge passengers at a specified location designated by the client . Mechanical failure matters such as heat/air condition failure , roadside flat tire changes or any other malfunction that is mediated within reasonable recovery time by way of roadside assistance or substitution of vehicle is not considered a failure of fulfillment of service nor will constitute a monetary refund , any time lost due to roadside will be compensated by time awarded for the same or future date of service. All service related matters must be reported to our office 973-662-1116 within 24 hours of your service.  We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical failure TopTown Limoride reserves the right to suspend service if weather is inclement and could jeopardize safety. Chauffeurs have the authority to determine if vehicles can safely make tight turns or enter narrow driveways, streets , avenues , or any other road that imposes potential danger. In such instances clients understand and agree that detours to route may be necessary or if the point of destination is within proximity clients have the choice to walk  . For your safety, walking or standing in any vehicle during motion is prohibited. Toptown LimoRide will not be held liable for injury sustained if the limousine must come to an immediate stop. For your convenience a service fee has been appropriated to your bill . Additional gratuities are at client’s sole discretion and are not reimbursable. Your positive service experience is our #1 goal, If you feel our services rendered haven’t merited your satisfaction, kindly contact our office immediately.  Toptown LimoRide is a pproved on all state and federal permissions to operate under our USDOT #1420432

Implied Consent:  We would like to inform our esteemed customers that upon receipt of the email confirmation for car and limousine transportation services, including details such as dates, times, addresses, routing orders, stops, notations, flight information, and special instructions, it is understood that the information provided therein is true, concise, and accurate. This email confirmation serves as a binding agreement between Toptown LimoRide and the booking customer or their authorized agent.

It is important to note that unless written notice is provided by the booking customer, their agent, or a representative, any information outlined in the confirmation email shall be deemed accepted and agreed upon. This practice constitutes implied consent and confirms the accuracy of the provided details for the intended transportation service.

We encourage our valued customers to carefully review the email confirmation upon receipt and promptly notify us of any discrepancies or necessary modifications to ensure a seamless and satisfactory transportation experience. Your satisfaction and convenience are our utmost priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in acknowledging the implications of this implied consent.
